These tomatoes are famous for their excellent taste. This winter is the first winter that we will have new leds instead of HPS lamps. I am delighted to have the opportunity to participate in this new development. In Lepaa, we only grow winter tomatoes. Growers who do not use lights and less heat will produce summer yields that are not worth doing in our greenhouses. The lighting season started a few weeks ago. Today, the sun rises at 6:59 a.m. and the sun sets at 7:27 p.m. The amount of sunshine is decreasing rapidly and this is the shortest day we will have in December. Tomatoes need 25-30 mol/m²/ day for optimal growth.
