Shade Net is made of polyethylene (HDPE) material adding UV stabilizers and anti-oxidants. HDPE sunshade net has the characteristics of lightweight, high-strength, anti-aging, and large-area coverage and it has the ability to adjust the control environment, optimize climate and improve plants in the growth of adverse climate conditions. Shade Net is mostly used in agriculture as ventilate shade net for greenhouses, offering the features of light reflection and transmission , breath freely, long usage life and stable performance.

HDPE is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin. High-density polyethylene is a white powder granular product, non-toxic, tasteless, density in the range of 0.940~0.976 g/cm3; The crystallinity is 80%~90%, the softening point is 125~135℃, and the use temperature can reach 100℃; Melting temperature 120~160℃, for large molecular materials, it is recommended that the melting temperature range between 200~250℃. It has good heat and cold resistance, good chemical stability, but also has high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical strength.

Using a shade cloth for a greenhouse is one of the steps to keep the inside cooler, and to lessen the solar radiation that hits the plants indoors. Shade cloths can be installed over the top of the structure or inside like curtains.

Internal shade cloths for a greenhouse
Internal shade cloths, as the name suggests, are installed on the inside. They are fixed on the ceiling and walls of the greenhouse. Often they use a sliding system like curtains that is attached in the center of the roof and then on the side wall (shoulder).A regular kit will usually come with different accessories and it may include multiple curtains depending on the size of the greenhouse.

External shade cloths for a greenhouse
Although it's probably quite obvious what external shade cloths are, I will still explain it. These products are installed over the top of the greenhouse and then fixed to the ground in order to hold them in place. They often stretch a little over the gutter/shoulder (not all the way to the ground).
