China (Shouguang) International Vegetable Science and Technology Expo (referred to as "Vegetable Fair") was founded in 2000, by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Shandong Province jointly sponsored, every year from April 20 to May 20 in Shandong Shouguang vegetable high-tech Demonstration Park regularly held. The Vegetable Expo is an annual meeting officially approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. It is a domestic international professional exhibition of vegetable science and technology.

From April 20 to May 30, 2023, the 24th China (Shouguang) International Vegetable Science and Technology Expo was held in Shouguang City. Adhering to the theme of "Green, science and technology, future", centering on the three sections of "exhibition", "tourism" and "business", the Expo seeks innovation and change in the exhibition form, cultural and tourism projects, exchange and cooperation, and service optimization, striving to make it a "unique and refreshing" vegetable event to help rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.
