🔸 Weather conditions, the temperature, have an impact to taste of strawberries.  Cold nights usually make the flavour more intense.

🔸Light and its quality can affect to taste.  These growers do not use additional light, but there can still be difference, for example with the polytunnel plastic.

🔸Fertilization: Some nutrients have an affect to taste and quality of the berries.

🔸Irrigation: Too high moisture levels can dilute the taste.

🔸Other growth issues, such as kinking trusses, some pest insects or used pesticides can affect the flavor.
