System Configuration
The system has 4 main parts, the frame, the transmission system, the electrical equipment, and the blackout curtain.
Light deprivation system
This film is composed of 3 layers. The first layer is PE which is anti-aging and dust proof.The third layer is the inner part of PE. It is anti aging and auxiliary treated of anti-drip. In summer, white reflection Sunlight, anti-ultraviolet, reduce heat absorption, cooling effect, while black blocks light, prevents weeds from growing, and maintains moisture and cool temperature for seedlings and plants in winter, black absorbs sunlight and heats to melt frost and snow, thereby protecting and maintaining seedlings Or the warm temperature of the plant. The light is reflected by the aluminum foil on the surface. During the light-dark period, unwanted light accumulation can be prevented.
Ventilation system
Two sides ventilation by manual/electric roll up machine Roof ventilation by electric motor 40 mesh insect net will be offered for vents.
Cooling system
The exhaust fans eject the air from the greenhouse (The air-circulating fans promote the circulation of the air in the greenhouse),form negative pressure in the greenhouse. The air enters the greenhouse through the cooling pads, resulting in the effects of cooling, moistening and air-dedusting.
Seedbed system
Beautiful appearance, economical and practical, corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, acid and alkali resistant, do not fade, bright surface smooth, durable.Service life of woven network part 10 years, other structures for 15 years.
PE FILM
Anti-dripping, anti-fog, anti-aging, high permeability, good light transmission, good transparency and heat seal ability, water proof, moisture proof.
HOT GALVANIZED STEEL FRAME
Hot galvanized steel frame, with zinc coated 275g/m2 , durable for 10-15 years. Low eat absorption capacity, anti-rust, safe to green house plastic film. Strong toughness and good adhesion.
